Choice Home Mortgage is a family-owned Orange County brokerage that’s been helping people buy and refinance homes since 2005. Owners Esther Buede and Gregory Toussieng are married co-founders — Esther runs the mortgage side and is the named expert every client review praises; Gregory runs the real estate side. This isn’t a corporate call center. It’s a family that takes care of its clients and its team alike.

What kinds of roles do you hire for?

We bring on loan officers and the support team that helps them serve clients well — processing, client coordination, and operations. As a growing family brokerage, the exact openings change over time, so the best move is to reach out and tell us about you.

Do I need mortgage experience to apply?

Experienced loan officers are always welcome, and so are motivated people newer to the industry. We value character, work ethic, and genuine care for clients — skills can be taught, and you'd learn from an owner clients trust by name.
